Licensed Cunning Action cosmetic for Zarina Kassir has many issues

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Zarina Kassir's Cunning Action outfit has many issues, with the cloth texture of her cloak that, when performing animations such as healing, self-unhooking, repairing, etc., will clip into her body, and fold weirdly. In addition, the outfit has strange charm placements when they are equipped, clipping into her belt, also not being on her belt, rather oddly being a good deal above it.

PLATFORM: PC, but on all platforms

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Equipping Zarina Kassir's Cunning Action outfit causes these issues, as the outfit is messed up. They are viewable both in the lobby and in game.
