The Ghoul First Hit: Feedback and Suggestion

Hello Everyone,

I tested Ghoul for the whole PTB till it was closed and considered many ideas to share, expecially about the first hit. I didn't because I was expecting to see the launch period. It feels the main problem of frustration is the first hit on a killer who already feels strong. The problem of this tho is that the same mechanic actually backfires on Ghoul, as an injured survivor with no mark is also just grabbed and this gives extra distance for free, expecially if you try to go over a vault/pallet. I took this feedback apart for launch, after seeing reactions, and this is how I feel it can be solved:

Enraged Activation: The first grab on a survivor while Enraged Mode is not active would just apply the mark, with a shorter animation that doesn't lock the Ghoul on the place. Every new grab would apply the Kagune Mark while just being a Kagune Swipe. If we want to keep the Deep Wound, a Basic Attack on a Marked survivor will give Deep Wound.

Removing The Mark: Just make the survivor able to remove the Mark in a similar way to healing from Deep Wound, but with no Deep Wound involved. Like cleaning the injure or something like that, it can work even without Deep Wound while working exactly as it does now. Other killers have similar mechanics to remove an applied power effect on survivors, like Doctor, etc…

Lock On on Survivors: The auto-aim should be more gentle. As it is now it can hurt more than help, expecially in indoor maps where walls and obstacles are too close to the survivor model, also removing the higher accuracy/skill based plays.

The benefit from these changes would be making both the Survivor and Ghoul experience better: Survivors wouldn't feel like getting the first hit so much for free, sometimes with impossible angles, Ghoul would be allowed to direct vault or Kagune Swipe on injured survivors who don't have the Mark. Many times applying the Mark on an injured survivor backfires a lot, giving free distance because of the auto-lock being so generous or simply because you would like to vault a pallet/window faster, but you cannot because the survivor is not Marked.
