Killer offering appearing in-game when killer brought nothing

PC, Steam. As title says:
This was the menu while in-game. Killer clearly brought an offering (secret one at that.)
However, when we were loading in (sorry, no picture for this moment,) I recall the offering screen only showing the four survivor offerings.
Tally screen shows killer brought nothing:
Either a bug or a hack, but I'm guessing its a bug.
