The Executioner rework & buffs
So one of the higher tier killers needing a buff? Heck yeah cause there are some things about Pyramid Head that need addressing in the current climate and hendering his performance, particularly area denial.
Let's have a look at his ability Rites of Judgment, there are some good things about it sure but there are some facts about it that are really limiting its area denial. Firstly is the fact survivors can crouch and go through the razor wire without being inflicted with torment and that in itself is a real annoyance especially when trying to block vault points, pallets, gens or hooked survivors. That needs to be patched like immediately as it should have been a long time ago.
Next is his secondary abilities Punishment of the Damned and the Cage of Atonement.
His ranged attack while pretty effective has some issues in itself such as it's basically a ranged rite trail yet it doesn't inflict torment on survivors, and second it's so easy for some survivors particularly experienced ones to avoid via zigzagging cause they can literally see it coming with the orange trail that appears on the ground.
This glowing trail should be made invisible to survivors given Pyramid Head is meant to be a bit of a stealthy killer and this makes it slightly more difficult to get a surprise attack on survivors possibly repairing a gen or healing and easily telling them where the attack is gonna hit so they can avoid it. As for PotD also being able to inflict torment when hitting survivors, I am proposing this will be a new feature given by the Obsidian Goblet add-on. Next is the cages, why there isn't much wrong with them the fact you can't even see the cage auras is a little outrageous and the add-on Seal of Metatron is about the only thing that improves their use, at least allow the killer to see the cages. Another thing is if a tormented survivor rescues a caged survivor it removes torment from BOTH of them, that is another survivor bias type mechanic that has no business existing. This should be reworked where only the caged survivor loses their torment, the above mentioned issue of survivors being able to crouch through the trails already can make it difficult inflicting skilled survivors with it.
Now about some add-ons
Starting with the Mannequin Foot add-on: It will now make PotD leave a rite trail where it's used that don't last as long as regular trails, allowing for quicker deployments of rite trails and potentially catch survivors off guard. Trails left by rites of judgment will now have an additional 15 seconds added to basekit.
Obsidian Goblet: As mentioned above, in addition to its current use of granting undetectable by standing on trails, it will also make PotD inflict torment to survivors when hit.
Seal of Metatron: Will now make tormented survivors scream revealing their auras for 6 seconds if they come within 20 meters of a caged survivor. Will make tormented survivors scream revealling their auras 6 seconds when they enter terror radius.
Now for the Executioners Perks
The most underused is Forced Penance as there are number of perks that offer the broken status effect. In the trailer for the Silent Hill chapter it was stated either by mistake or was originally planned that it would inflict the oblivious effect. I would say why not both? Would now in addition to broken for 80 seconds will inflict oblivious until they are downed by the killer.

Are you crazy? Pyramid is already very strong and is one of the best tunnelers in the game.

I’ve always thought his punishment should apply torment on hit. I’d keep the crouch avoidance if we applied the previous change though. His addons do need a complete overhaul though. His kit feels dated.

He is the best tunneler in the game but he is not that strong, he severely lacks of map control and has only two good add-ons, I'd like to see some add-on's rework. also his trials are a bit inconsistent as OC states, but that's the less important thing imo.
