The memory restore score icon thing is broken, shows a square with diagonal rainbow stripes

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I was doing the memory restoration tome, and the score event icon for it showed a bugged png
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I did the tome, and as I got bloodpoints, the icon for it was missing
