New Exhaustion Perk Idea: Leap of Faith (Jump Perk)

Perk: Leap of Faith
Perk Description: Press the ability 1 button to do a Short hop forward at 125 percent movement speed for the duration airborne, using this perk inflicts exhaustion for 40/50/60 seconds
The height would be as high as a hill elevation allowing you to hop over some fences and get on top of hills or clear some windows for unique and strategic pathing. Giving survivors more options to deal with high mobility killers mid chase, and making them more dynamic and interactive.
I really wanted a jump for Lara when she came out or a grapple hook, so I came up with this idea for a potential future chapter.
