Challenge doctor not working

The challenge in the archives of Volume 2, Level 2, concerning the doctor, is not completed at the end of the game. The challenge is called: Mad About You.
It states: With the doctor, inflict madness on 1 to 4 different survivors. However, even when the conditions are met, the challenge is not completed.
