Ghoul Addon "Fresh Coffee" Not Appearing in Bloodweb

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Since the Blood Moon event started, I haven't gotten even one fresh coffee addon (brown rarity) for the ghoul. It's my favorite addon. I've leveled up the ghoul a lot.

PLATFORM: PC (probably console too)
