Perma-hindered status effect on Nostromo Wreckage

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: While in chase on the map Nostromo Wreckage, if the Knight sends a guard through the built-in hinder trap inside of the ship they will become permanently hindered for the rest of the match.
PLATFORM: PC - Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Knight: Perks: Blood Warden, Discordance, Nowhere to Hide, Brutal Strength. Addons: Map of the Realm, Treated Blade. While chasing a survivor, summon a guard and go through the built-in hinder trap inside of the spaceship.
I can't seem to repeat it in a custom lobby.
