Ability to concede as killer

There are times where all gens are finished, gates are opened but a survivor just refuses to leave the match to grief the killer.
I don't think that's quite enough to be considered as holding the game hostage, but it's pretty much along the same line. Without perks like whispers it can be almost impossible to locate the remaining survivor, besides keep trying your luck the only options are to go afk and bore him out or to disconnect.
This is very frustrating experience and frankly just a waste of time. Or you DC and sacrifice bloodpoints.

I feel like this can be resolved with a concede button that becomes available after the gates are opened.
Once pressed there will be a minute timer where the killer cannot attack and allow survivors to pickup items they may have dropped earlier, just to prevent Franklin's abuse and such.

I think this is a good idea. I can imagine there are situations where there's one survivor left but the killer doesn't really care about catching them and would rather just go on to the next match than wait at the hatch, patrol open gates, blah blah. Having a timer makes sense too, so the timer appears and everyone can still get points (killer: breaking pallets, setting traps - survivor: breaking totems, escaping). It might not be used very much but it should certainly be an option. If the timer runs out before the survivor escapes, they keep the points they have but don't get the escaping points.

If you are a coward, don't like to lose or can't find the remaining survivors you should just disconect. The Entety has no need for killers like that

It's an idea that is long overdue. I'm not sure why the devs hadn't applied it.
Surely survivors wouldn't protest so hard as to prevent the option?

They've already protested in another thread.

Survivor Bleed out if the last survivor refuses to leave make an express bleeding out timer like borrowed time but it will only go into effect after gens and after say 3 mins of 3rd survivor  leaving

I would absolutely support this kind of idea. First, I like the suggestion of 3 or so minutes before the killer can activate this. It prevents killers from abusing the function just to spite a survivor.

I also like the suggestion that the survivor can’t be hurt by the killer, which means there is no reason not to make it out the gate in time. That said, if they don’t make it out they should be punished with a “time-out” event scoring negative bloodpoints (500? 1,000? 5,000?) and lose any items they brought or picked up. Essentially, they die.

This should also cause the hatch to close. If there’s a hatch stare down, it’s fair because while it removes the survivor’s leverage for safety (I’ll jump if you hit me), it also remove the killer’s ability to hit. The survivor still gets to walk away safely without fear.

To keep the theme and feel of the game with this mechanic, it could be that “the entity grows restless”. The dark mist thickens continuously and the survivor begins to cough. Thicker still, it gets hard to see. Through the now dense fog, they stumble and wheeze and appear to be running injured. If the survivor doesn’t book it to the exit it becomes apparent that they’ll soon die.

Instead of a 'Okay survivor I give up button' the gates need to be on a 15 second timer by default and the hatch closes permanently after 2 minutes. Survivors want to stay and gamble with death, that's fine. I will find you eventually :-)
