Random killers lost their levels and all progression when switching from PS4 to Steam

I used to play Dead by Daylight on PS4 a few years ago, but after selling my console and moving to PC, I linked my account to Steam using cross-progression. Unfortunately, several of my killers lost all their progress in the transfer—specifically The Pig, Trapper, Spirit, Hag, Cannibal, and possibly Huntress. They were reset to level 1 or 2, with no perks or add-ons. I also lost ownership of Ghost Face, but after repurchasing him on Steam, his progress was immediately restored to Prestige 10, just like on my old PS4 account. I’d really appreciate help in recovering the missing killer progress, as it seems like something went wrong during the sync. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
