Cenobite chains breaking at random, or when crouching

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Cenobite's chains broke multiple at a time when being removed, or because the Survivor crouched while chained.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series X
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: The Ace, shown in the video, would crouch and immediately remove chains that were binding him, I am unsure if it is an issue with the chains, an exploit, or something else involving the Ace specifically.
