Xeno pov bug when exiting tunnel using controller

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: On occasion when exiting a tunnel as Xeno, my camera becomes locked in place making the rest of the game unplayable due to not being able to properly see. This seems to happen at complete random. As seen in the video, it seems walking up stairs fixed the issue but requiring to find stairs mid match to fix a bug is not ideal. This has happened to me on both ps5 and PC but I play both with controller.
