SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Occasionally after survivors have cleansed haunted and while the perk is still active it does not give the insta down that it should
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
Cleanse either totem and it may or may not happen

Vigil effects it so if survivor has it they will recover from it faster than the indicator on your screen shows. LVL3 perks would make them recover from the exposed in about 36 seconds so looking at the video he would have already recovered as the indicator is already about 3/4 done.

You posted what I was going to ask, really need to see the Survivor perks in this one.
