SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
When Pyramid Head uses Final Judgement near the main building on Suffocation Pit, he's able to permanently see through its walls

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. Bring tormented survivor (on final hook state) near main building.
2. Perform Final Judgement
