Executioner Addon Rework Ideas

Just brainstorming here, because this is a cool Killer weighed down by a roster of uncool Addons. I've tried to make these not only a bit more viable overall, but more importantly thematic and fun.

Commons

Black Strap: Increases the reach of Punishment by +1 meter. (Wax Doll's old effect. This will be a trend with these reworked addons, IMO having addons that are direct upgrades of others is ok, but this should be limited to 2 stackable addons per effect, and PH sadly has many "trios" that make some addons objectively redundant, which I have removed)

Copper Ring: Increases Rites of Judgement duration by 1.5 seconds. (Spearhead's old effect. Also, to my knowledge PH still has the same bug Spirit used to have, where these power duration increases are also better recharge rate increases, hopefully that gets fixed)

Dead Butterfly: Reduces the recovery time of Rites of Judgement by -4 seconds. (Valtiel Sect Photograph's old effect. Now the only addon that reduces recovery time)

Lead Ring: You move 0.2 m/s faster than normal while performing Rites of Judgement, but 0.2 m/s slower by default. Recieve +100% more Bloodpoints in the Deviousness category for Punishment score events. (obligatory meme addon, this flips PH's movement speeds between dragging trails vs normal movement, making him into a 110% killer)

Uncommons

Cinderella Music Box: Increases the duration of Trails of Torment by +25 seconds. (A stronger version of Mannequin Foot's old effect and now the only addon that flatly increases trail duration)

Forgotten Videotape: Tormented Survivors suffer the Blindness status effect for 45 seconds. This effect is reapplied when Tormented survivors walk over Trails, even if they are crouching. (a mostly buffed replacement for Rust-Coloured Egg's old effect)

Leopard-Print Fabric: When you put a Survivor into the Dying State, any other Survivors within 12m of your victim are Tormented. (an alternate way to apply Torment, and a cute reference)

Spearhead: Increases Rite of Judgement's duration by +2 seconds. (Tablet of the Oppressor's old effect)

Wax Doll: Increases Punishment range by 1.5 meters. (Burning Man Painting's old effect)

Rares

Burning Man Painting: While a Survivor is caged, Trails of Torment have an unlimited duration. Does not apply to Trails placed in restricted areas, such as the Basement or in close proximity to Generators. (The maximum trail limit still applies. This pauses Trail lifetimes, so if a Trail had 10 seconds left when a survivor is caged, it'll still have 10 seconds left when they're free)

Mannequin Foot: After performing Rites of Judgement continuously for at least 2 seconds, gain a +0.4 m/s movement speed increase until you stop. (feet addons should do things related to movement, and I think this is a neat effect that allows Rites to be a mild traversal buff. Pair with Lead Ring to double down on its gimmick! for context, by itself this lets PH get about 1.2 meters ahead of himself without the addon after making a full trail, and 0.2m ahead of himself if he never dragged a trail at all, so while minor it will be noticeable)

Misty Day, Remains of Judgement: Increases the duration of Killer Instinct by +5 seconds. (for a total of 8 seconds of Killer Instinct, comparable to Perks like I'm All Ears)

Tablet of the Oppressor: Sending Survivors to a Cage grants 5% Haste for 10 seconds. Cages also inherit all effects of your Scourge Hooks. (mostly exists for the fun factor of letting PH players screw around with Scourge Hook perks. Though, this might be a bit annoying to implement, depending on how Cages and Scourge Hook perks are coded)

Valtiel Sect Photograph: After successfully using Punishment to damage a Survivor, Punishments within the next 60 seconds inflict Torment. (to my understanding, Torment on Punishment itself has been experimented as basekit for PH before, this is a more conditional version of that which will hopefully reward good players without making trails redundant)

V. Rares

Crimson Ceremony Book: (Unchanged) Survivors hit by Punishment suffer Haemorrhage and Mangled for 80 seconds.

Lost Memories Book: Survivors hit by Punishment suffer Oblivious for 80 seconds. (I wanted the Book & Egg addons to have more consistency in what parts of the Power they apply to, and this seemed like a solid way to buff this addon's condition of inflicting Oblivious)

Rust-Coloured Egg: When rescuing another Survivor from a Cage, the rescuer will not be cleansed of Torment. Once per Trial, when a non-Tormented Survivor performs a rescue from a Cage, they will be Tormented. (removing cage rescues as a way to cleanse torment is obviously a big deal. the one time tormenting effect is a minor extra bonus, but it also signals to attentive Survivors that this addon is in play, even if a healthy survivor is the one saving)

Scarlet Egg: When sending a Survivor to a Cage, reveals the auras of all other Survivors suffering from Torment for 6 seconds. (Iridescent Seal of Metatron's old effect)

Iridescents

Iridescent Seal of Metatron: If at least two Survivors are alive, and all living Survivors are Tormented, the aura of the Survivor with the lowest amount of Hook Stage progress is revealed. In the event of a tie, multiple Survivors can be revealed this way. (a big reward for Tormenting everyone at once, and essentially a puzzle of which other addon you should use to try and make that more likely)

Obsidian Goblet: The first Survivor to die in the Trial will be resurrected, taken to and released from a Cage of Atonement in the Healthy State without causing a loud noise alert, and become the Obsession. Their Hook Stages are not reset. If this has happened, and every Survivor in the trial has progressed at least one Hook Stage, all Survivors are permanently Tormented, and Punishment will put Survivors into the Dying State for the rest of the Trial. (Anything that resurrects Survivors is probably never going to be balanced, so I've tried to take the Judith's Tombstone approach of it still probably being a net negative addon overall, it's activating in a conditon where you were on your way to a 3K/4K anyway and it's denying you the immediate pressure of a Survivor's death, but still has enough inherent strength and distinct fun that it's essentially like enabling an alternate gamemode, especially with a double Iri build. also, if a survivor resurrected this way successfully escapes the trial, them occasionally coughing in the postgame overview screen would be the perfect cherry on top, just saying)

I hope these addons are at least more exciting than our trilateral friend's current roster. I'm sure a bunch of these are probably badly thought out so please go after them in the replies!
