The Potion of Speed Add-on's effect doesn't match its description

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Potion of Speed only decreases the time you cannot attack after casting the Fly spell by 0.35 seconds and not 0.5 seconds like it is described as in-game.

    Yeah, this addon description has been wrong since Vecna's release. The effect was reduced from 0.5 to 0.35 seconds after Vecna's PTB (check the 8.0.0 patch notes) but the description was never updated to reflect that nerf
