Opinions on Visualizing MMR or Making Ranked Lobbies?

Visualizing MMR:
I Just think being able to see your MMR would be pretty handy I don't really see a downside really people can use it to try getting more competitive to bring it up to flex it to their friends but I can maybe think of one issue like people purposely lowering it so they can get easy wins and bully newer or less skilled survivors/killers even though people kind of already do that what do you think?

Ranked Lobby:
Feel like it would be a cool feature and add a way to get new rewards like ireshards and cosmetics and give a excuse for players who pretty much only play for cosmetics because they maxed out most of everything a way to get those cosmetics easier but at a cost for a grind which means more play time and maybe make it so outside of ranked matches you get more blood points and maybe make it more chill to play regular lobbies without your sweaty survivor SFW or a P100 Nurse/Blight main but I could be wrong about this Idea and I might just be dumb Idk give me your Opinions I'd love to hear them :D

    I'd be curious to see personal MMR even if it's a one time thing.

    As for Ranked, probably pointless if the goal is to make current mode more "chill". We all know people sweat even harder in events or "casual" mode like chaos shuffle so they still would be playing current mode. Maybe give cosmetic and shard rewards for prestiging or devotion instead.
