Nicolas cage is bugging for me? Is it a bug?

I can’t get him past level 27 and he’s the only survivor doing this for me. I really don’t know what to do. I click the mystery box, it goes through the screen then sends me right back to the same screen.

    I’m just trying to gauge if it’s a bug or something on my side before I post on the bug side of things

    Post it in the bug section, it seems to be a problem with the Mystery Box
