2V8 Random Survivor Collision after last generator popped

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: After the last generator popped in 2V8 on Crotus Prenn Asylum I gained collision where there were no walls. I was running and just rubber-banding. The only thing that released my collision was using my heal bonus even though i was healthy. You can see in the video below that i was rubber-banding until 1:31 when using my heal bonus.
