Feedback for 9.0.0 PTB Preview Patchnotes

The Notes Themselves:
Make sure you add the word "Attempt" before self-unhook if you're going to only mention the ones that gamble the self-unhook! I don't think you're dumb enough to disable Deliverance & Anti-Camp unless you bring a luck offering, or at least not intentionally. But it will make people worry!

Self-Unhooking & Being Unable To Go Next:
Generally good! Just two-ish things.
One: Please enable self-unhook attempts & letting go during stage 2 in a 2v1 situation! I want to be able to give hatch or pull back a match from the brink.
Two: This is optional, but if you're okay with the option and don't want to disrupt the "balance" of the comeback potential, enabling self-unhook attempts when ALL survivors are incapacitated would continue to discourage "just slug and then hook everyone once" as it currently does. If you don't want to do this that's fine, it's just a meaningful change for the game and should be considered as such.

The Artist:
The Artist is being considered so I should bring it up! I thought this change was so obvious I wouldn't need to bring it up, but the biggest problem with Artist right now is that she's BORRRRINNNGG. Potentially. When The Artist shoots her power, she's very fun. Right now it's far too easy to just use her birds to just force the survivor to leave the loop and catch up as a 4.6m/s killer. I want to encourage actually trying to shoot people with her power through walls and making prediction shots and using her power in chase not just as a way to temporarily delete vaults.
I suggest making her 4.4m/s but ONLY while a bird is ready to fire, and giving her Thick Tar & Velvet Fabric partially base kit. WITHOUT. Changing the Thick Tar add-on. (I don't know if either of those are changing yet, so look at what they do before 9.0.0 if they get changed!) This will reduce her effectiveness at chasing after denying a loop, while giving her a better way to hit survivors with her power. Which is the most fun and interesting part of her kit. I wouldn't be surprised if her losing less distance when placing a bird would be a good idea too.

If you're having trouble visualizing it, here's the general flow of her movement speed with these changes:
Walking 4.6 → Charging/Placing 3.68 → End Power 2.95ish → Walking (Bird Ready) 4.4 → Launch 3.68 → Walking 4.6
(Don't forget to make it so she returns to 4.6 even if the birds idle out and fade away!)

I know making a killer temporarily 4.4m/s is a lot more complicated that it seems. Should she get the 4.4m/s lunge so it isn't smaller while a bird is up? Does this affect her carrying speed? How do we communicate this to the player, maybe you should just give her like 4% hindered on screen when it happens? Can't forget to account for her slowing down when placing more birds! All of this needs to be considered, but honestly just giving her a flat -0.2m/s outside of her power stance when a bird is placed without changing anything else would be fine, the important part is that it's encouraging her to actually shoot them and make shots!
It's not like there's a big -15% hindered on screen whenever Nemesis has his whip out, I think it's fine if the speed debuff is invisible. Just mention it in her power description!

Overall though, like a solid 9.8/10 patch preview! Very excited to see what changes the perks are getting, especially the ones I already think are strong (Champion of Light :O!!!)
