SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:having issues claiming things

PLATFORM:Xbox series s

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: tried to claim the login bonus for 100 rift points and 50kBP and it just says unexpected error.


also claiming the free gift in shop it hits you with backend error Error Code:0 and a timestamp

    I'm experiencing the same error for the login reward. The timer on my store reward is still on, so I don't know if that error exists on my end.

    same issue can't get login reward and right now problem can't get reward from rift pass process (Premium item) :((((
