[PTB 9.0.0] Black screen and invisible survivor while playing against Springtrap

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
While playing on the PTB against Springtrap and going through one of the security doors, my screen went black unable to see anything. I was still able to walk around and interact with the environment, but the other players let me know that I was invisible during this period.
PLATFORM:
PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
1. Go through a security door.
2. Upon exiting the door immediately turn around and go through another one as fast as possible.
3. Come out with a black screen and invisible to other players.
