Faz Coin + Terror Radius Perks

I'm in the PTB testing the Faz Coin addon with Unnerving Presence and Coulrophobia and it doesn't apply them. Not sure if this is intentional or not but other fake Terror Radii like Unforeseen and Dark Devotion both apply Unnerving Presence and Coulrophobia. Removing this bug (if it is a bug) would allow for some interesting plays where you give up your chase power to apply effects in a certain area, or even just a wider area.
