Light weight doesnt work like it used to

I really like playing perks that help me loose killer mid chase. I was experimenting quite a bit with few builds and i settled on quick and quiet, iron will, light footed and light weight. For maybe like 2 or 3 months i have been noticing that my build doesnt work like it used to even tho i was playing the same. This build was mostly powerful on indoor maps like RPD where you can easily break line of sight. Killers started to notice me more and loosing killer mid chase wasnt working anymore so i started to wonder what is wrong. Then i did some research on my perks, maybe i missed some patch where one of my perks was nerfed. Then i saw a guy of youtube with same problem and he discored that BHVR updated scratch marks and their placement. So my problem with not loosing killer in chase was kinda solved. Now i know the problem is with scratch marks and what perk did i use to loose killers mid chase ? Light weight. Around the time that the scratch mark update was dropped one guy on youtube compared scratch marks with and with out light weight. To make this short i doesnt matter if you use light weight or not all light weight does now is hides your scratch marks faster. The best part about light weight was the how the scratch marks were spread. Now light weight is useless again. With this post i seek justice to my favourite perk.
