STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
My Swirling Death achievement, which requires throwing 1000 hatchets as Huntress, is stuck at 97% complete. I have played many Huntress matches over the past week and thrown hundreds of additional hatchets but the achievement remains at 97% complete. I have tried both regular 1v4 games and chaos shuffle with no luck.
In the attached log I played a single huntress match where I threw over 50 hatchets, yet my Swirling Death achievement progress did not increase from 97% to 100% as it should have.
