Onryo able to teleport to turned off TV
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Onryo managed to teleport to a TV despite that I had just taken a tape from it to turn it off

It's possible that the teleport had already started when you took the tape, without video information we would not be able to investigate this further.

Hi Mandy. My apologies, I didn't consider clipping it at the time. Is that working as intended if a teleport was already started?

Yeah if the killer manages to click the tv to teleport before you remove the tape she can still teleport to it. So if you literally were standing there when she was coming through its not a bug. If there was like a lot of time before she did it then it might be a bug but there is add-on that can turn the tv's on so she can teleport into them. Most likely it was not a bug but just one of the things I listed here.
