Huntress hatchets sometimes don't do damage
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:
Sometimes, very irregularly, huntress' hatchets will hit a survivor, trigger the "splash" hit sound, but the survivor doesn't take damage.

Play a match of huntress in any mode and throw hatchets at survivors

Very old "bug" with hit validation. It became extremely prominent and started happening far more often as of the first 2v8. It's your client registering the hit but the server deciding it didn't hit, similar to the times where you hit someone through a pallet, they scream and you get the blood splatter, but they don't lose a health state. Before the first 2v8, it was almost never seen with ranged killer projectiles, but since 2v8, the servers seem to have gotten much worse.
