Special Killer skins missing facial animations

I have noticed that a few of the unique Killer skins (specifically Naughty Bear for Trapper and the Yellow Rabbit for Springtrap) do not have any facial movement or animation apart from the eye movement. This issue seems to only exist on Switch.
