SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The exultation perk wasn't recharging the flashlight I had when pallet stunning the killer in a custom game.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Stunning the killer =/= Recharge items

    from what I saw no one had seen this bug pop up so I decided to post about it, its pretty easy to test to see if its true since it happened in a custom game and its just a perk malfunction. If it helps it was against the spring trap and on the new map.
