SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: If you leave the trial while injured, your survivor's grunts of pain will be audible the entire time you're in spectator mode
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I got injured while leaving the trial, and I could hear my survivor's grunts of pain the whole time I was spectating
