Or recently unhooked like 5 seconds or so, similar to Xeno. It makes 0 sense why he has no sort of restrictions on this.

As a killer main, I might actually agree on this one.
→ He gets slowed by 50 % for 3s when exiting portal near hooked survivors
but mainly:
→ survivors get anticamp progress when springtrap (would apply that for xenomorph too) is hidden in door at at hook
