Help Wanted/Machine Learning do not trigger when all gens are powered in endgame

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Previously, Help Wanted and Machine Learning would trigger in endgame if at least 1 generator was Compromised, as all generators are powered in endgame. This behaviour is now bugged and causes the sound effect for a Compromised generator being completed, but neither effect activates.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Kick a generator at 1 gen left with either Help Wanted or Machine Learning, then have survivors repair a different generator, causing all to be powered. Note that the sound effect still triggers but the effects no longer do

    Bumping because this is still an issue. Had this happen to me just now, as if compromise perks needed even more reason to not be ran I guess.
