Revert the change to stage 2 misses needed to die.
I am a killer main and coming at this from that perspective. I LOVE the fact Survivors can't just go next the second something doesn't go their way or a killer they don't deem fun is the opponent. However the stage 2 misses change is pretty awful. It makes dying when there's only 2 people left take forever, meaning the likelihood of the other survivor getting hatch is dramatically reduced.
One of my earlier suggestions was to make the Hatch spawn when there's only 2 Survivors left and 1 is on hook or in the dying state. This would make slugging still viable for getting a 4k, just a bit harder and not a guaranteed win. But this would also be a way to make sure the new go next changes don't affect the game as heavily.

The change doesn't completely need to be reverted. But if there is only one other player left, being able to die much faster really helps find hatch. Especially now with the crows. By time all the animations finish, the last survivor is most likely going to have crows on them unless they've been touching a gen the whole time the other survivor has been on hook.

I would change hatch spawn logic. Not when las survivor lives, but when one survivors stand and all other survivors are at least hooked on second stage. Yes. If somehow they will unhook, hatch will be there, ready to take. Then all survs works in 3 for the rest of the trial (I don't believe all of them will bring keys).
Also, collapse should start if hatch is closed AND one surv is standing or no gens are left to repair.
But it's my opinion only, not game suggestion, neither balance wise.

It gives you option to 4k without slugging last two survivors and play 50/50 find hatch game. It's pretty fair. Also healthy for the game.
