Onryo Tv Teleporting forced me to dc

I was playing the Onryo on pc and when i went to teleport to a tv it stuck me on a black screen like when teleporting and then a few seconds later forced me to disconnect. It happened so fast I didnt get a picture of it all.
I remember it was the MacMillain Estate Suffocation Pit II map and i was teleporting from the basement in shack to a tv in the Mine
