Pls rework Deliverance
I just encountered this:
So I began to question the absurdity of such a dumb requirement that is effectively a wasted perk slot without any second ability

High risk high reward perk. Insanely powerful if it pays off, enough that tournaments usually only allow one survivor to run it. Gotta keep your head down and get a safe rescue to activate it. Essentially, you have to play around the perk in order to utilize it. Some perks are pretty passive, some perks are exhaustion perks, some perks are active, some perks are niche, some perks are for solo players, and some perks are in the high risk vs rewards category. It's good to have a variety of different kinds of perks for different playstyles. If you don't like the risk vs reward kind of perks, then you probably won't enjoy the perk.

Funny meme, but to be serious, this is a good thing. Deliverance turns a situation where the Killer has 2 Survivors under pressure into a situation where the Killer has absolutely no pressure, it is one of the strongest Perk effects in the game. Its activation being unreliable keeps it balanced, plus it only being able to activate on 1st hook gives experienced Killers a better chance of a callout

If it could be used even in second stage, then it's one of most broken perks in DBD.
All 4 survivors would be able to play and use the perk, which is just absurd.-1 -
I'm sure, that if someone uses shoulder the burden on you, you will still be able to use it.

As someone who uses Deli in their build, I'm very well aware of how strong the perk is and how much of a risk / reward it is. Having it active on 2nd hook would be extremely overpowered.
There's a specific way you play if you're running perks such as Deliverance and you need to play super carefully until the perk is active, then you can definitely play aggressively if the situation requires it. The killer effectively loses the pressure of having a survivor hooked when hooking someone who has deliverance active, as no other survivor needs to get off a gen so there should be a minimum of two survivors working gens (allowing for one in chase), that's a lot of pressure from the survivor side. It buys the team side a lot of time.8 -
Just get a buddy with Shoulder the Burden.
They can take your first hook stage away so you can use deliverance.
I cannot guarantee this won't backfire in some spectacular fashion sometimes though

The only change I think Deliverance needs is some indication it's active to the rest of the team. Comms already can call out this, but solos cannot know it's ready to use or not. Maybe something added to the UI.

it should have the perk icon float over your aura on hook, so everyone knows you ll get out alone and just focus the gen
