Houndmaster Bug Making Her UNPLAYABLE - Poof Bug
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: On occasion, when using Houndmaster's chase power, the dog will teleport back before even chasing, denying many easy downs. The bug occurs when I use the chase up against a corner or edge of a tile.
It started happening since the 9.0.0 patch with this change to The Houndmaster, as stated in the patch notes:
- Fixed an issue where The Houndmaster's dog would appear to slide when charging the Chase command while blocked by obstacles.
PLATFORM: Steam PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- While in chase with survivor around a loop, hugging a tile may get the dog stuck in a strange location.
- If the chase power is activated, there is a high likelihood that the dog 'poofs' and teleports back to houndmaster.
- Once you send snug out to chase, the dog poofs once again and the chase is essentially cancelled, allowing survivors to get away.

She has a few bugs that are pretty game breaking after this patch. Thankfully Ryan, jumped on it today. He's sending it all to the team. This ticket might be a duplicate but Logs never hurt! :D

had this exact bug happen to me for multiple games in a row making the character borderline broken and unplayable, NEEDS to be fixed ASAP, here is a video of it happening twice in a row, then the dog taking a different path than the indicated one and not vaulting. the dog needs to launch from your body when giving the chase command regardless of where it is, idc if it looks goofy it is the only way this character will ever be playable.
