Does anyone know if MMR changes in the masquerade?

I've not seen a solid answer to this, other than folks saying that in previous event that:
- MMR isn't affected
- Current MMR does affect who you play against in the event.
Is this (still) correct?

sorry but this is incorrect. In Events including limited time events, MMR is used for matchmaking purposes only, the results of the match (whether win or lose) do not affect MMR.

Ok that makes sense. But if I win or lose in Masquerade will my MMR change?

yeah it will go up but it can’t go down

It doesn't go up or down. You stay the same. You'd skyrocket in MMR otherwise.
