How do I vote on the new killer?

Somebody told me you can already vote on the community made killer on https://thegrimoire.deadbydaylight.com but when I click the link it loads for literally half a second and then just gives me this

    You have to change orientation to horizontal (landscape) mode.

    As @Columbus1492 stated and from that point you can click on the grimoire at the bottom middle of the screen. There are only a couple of options for now
