Event bug that prevents you from unhooking survivors

While just in game, I was trying to sabotage a hook while playing the event. During the sabotage the killer used their invitation to teleport a survivor to the hook. I completed the sabotage AFTER they had appeared on the hook and it prevented myself and any other survivor from being able to unhook them. This lasted until they died on hook from first stage.
