Lucky break losing charge while on the hook

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: lucky break is depleting while hooked, not in every game though. It happened more than once though :(
PLATFORM: xbox
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was on the hook, and lucky break kept depleting
