Why cant Xenomorph be spun in menu?

I understand why some killers like Chucky cannot be spun, and even why killers during animation cannot be spun. But why can't Xenomorph be spun around and inspected in the menu? It works perfectly fine in the shop so I don't see the issue.

Edit: Same with Rize. Is there any reason for this?

    I know this was a problem I have with Xenomorph. I don't understand why you can't turn him. It maybe a mistake from the Devs
