SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Lich Adept not triggering on match completion

PLATFORM: PC, Epic Games

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1: Prepare to play Lich with his 3 personal perks via Epic-launched DBD

2: 4k

3: No achievement trigger occurs at the usual interval for post-match achievements.
