[KILLER SUGGESTION] Hachishakusama — The Eight-Foot-Tall Woman
Hi guys, this is my first post here and I'd really love to see this killer in the game, she is similar to another chars like spirit or sadako, using her japanese story as base, i dont know if all this that I thought would be good, but is just a concept, a hope you like it.
Power: Disquieting Presence
Short Description:
Hachishakusama emits a haunting, rhythmic sound ("Po... Po... Po...") that gradually drives survivors to madness if they stay too close.
Mechanics:
- Survivors within 16 meters gain the Cursed status.
- After 5 stacks (~15 seconds), they enter a Panic state:
- Automatically fail any ongoing interaction (gens, healing, etc).
- Scream involuntarily.
- Generator auras disappear for 10 seconds.
- Her sound changes pitch as she gets closer, but has no directional audio, making her harder to locate.
- Can teleport to second-story windows if a survivor is nearby (their aura is revealed for 5/6/7 seconds).
- Cooldown: 30 seconds.
- Her entrance is slow and cinematic, crawling in eerily through the window.
1. Watching from Above
- Survivors who enter lockers have their aura revealed for 5/6/7 seconds.
- Gain 2% haste for each survivor in a locker (up to 8%).
2. Frightful Presence
- Each time a survivor misses a skill check, the next one they face has its good zone reduced by 40/50/60%.
3. Ritualistic Conduct
- Gain 1 token for each sacrificed survivor.
- At 1/2/3 tokens, you can seal a broken pallet, preventing it from being restored by perks.
- Very tall, pale skin, long black hair covering her face.
- Flowing white dress and wide-brimmed sun hat (Japanese style).
- Long arms, ghostlike movement.
- Movement and ambiance inspired by Sadako / Nurse.
- Signature sound: Po... Po... Po...
Let me know what you think! I feel she’d bring a fresh mix of stealth, horror, and psychological dread to the DBD killer roster.

Condition of teleport to only work on second story Windows is bad, since there are really not many. RNG is not good on killers (see trapper for example)
Passive area of effect was proven bad by doctor. Maybe it could work but your idea seems weak and very situational
You could make something like legion ability to go through pallets maybe. Try something with her height gimmick.
First perk could highlight that locker instead of revealing their aura, since lockers are aura blockers by default. But nice idea ngl
2 and 3 perks are weak as F. Undone showed us how weak survivour missing skillcheck mechanic is. And perk that allows you to counter only 1 survivour perk, and only after killing a survivour (which was proven by first Dying light how killers could focus one survivour) is a bad idea
