Skull Merchant Prestige Outfit - Black texture bug on ankles

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When using Skull Merchant’s Prestige outfit, there’s a visual bug where the legs meet the boots — a black broken texture appears. It looks like a missing or glitched texture. It happens consistently and doesn't match the rest of the outfit.
PLATFORM: PC (Steam)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Equip Prestige (bloody) outfit for Skull Merchant
- Check the area between pants and boots
- Observe the black texture issue
