Camera Bugging after vaulting using The Good Guy

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Camera sets to look through Chucky's exact eye level rather then above him, after vaulting
PLATFORM: PC
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I was playing "The Good Guy" on Temple of Purgation and vaulted on the upper levels of the level inside the temple and then had this bug occur so I took a screen shot, as you'll be able to see, it's very hard to then chase them with this happening.
