Unable to abandon as last survivor

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: When playing as the last survivor, when both teammates have left through an exit gate and I am down, I am hit with a disconnect penalty despite the scenario being one where Abandon should be available. It was previously possible to abandon in these scenarios.
PLATFORM: PC/Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: 1. One teammate dead, one teammate escaped, one teammate still in match, and myself.
2. I am downed by The Twins, using Victor.
3. Final teammate leaves through exit gate.
4. Abandon does not appear, despite being the last survivor and downed, not being actively Mori'd either.
5. Disconnect and receive penalty, despite not violating any rules.
