start of game sickness and hex balance idea

some of this was not my original idea, but even though i do play mostly survivor i think that at the very start of the trial, the survivors should have a "pre game sickness" effect applied to them, what this effect does is at the very start of the trial, the survivors have 30% slower repair speed for 1 minute and each second that goes by, 2% of that is knocked of. obviously the numbers could be changed to make sure its not too overpowered for the killer, (which i dont think it is) such as 15% slower repair for 1 minute and each second 4% is knocked off. i believe this will help the generators from going to fast at the very beginning. if brand new parts were affected by this you could simply not use it and wait until the "sickness" is over which is still very viable and fair. even a 60 percent decrease in repair speed for a minute would not be overpowered for the killer just having 1 percent knocked off a second down to 0

For the hex balancing i dont think its fair for the killers to have perks that can be destroyed forever in the trial while the survivors have some of the best perks and they can keep theirs, all they have to do is walk up to it, touch it a little and boom that entire perk is gone for the rest of the game
here are some ways to maybe fix this
1. have the survivors also have something similar to killer totems so that the killer can get rid of survivior perks ( while mabye giving it a different mechanic) it will only show up for one or 2 survivors and it destroys a random perk on that specific survivor (iffy)
2. every time a suurvivor destroys a killer perk, one of there own perks drops down a tier ( if its tier one then its destroyed)
3. when a killer totem is destroyed it can rebuild after a charge time of like 3 minutes or so. also it resets the token count stack for what ever perk it is. (if the killer had devour hope with 4 tokens, then when a survivor destroys it and it recharges, then token stack drops back down to 1)
4. another thing that it couod be is when a survivor destroys hex totem then all survivors get repair decrease ( dont know numbers)

i feel like this will balance the game even more.
