Add-ons rework: The Ghoul

MUST READ! I am not advocating for or against buffing/nerfing the killers, I am simply stating my opinion on the rework of add-ons. Most of the kilers add-ons are, to put it mildly, "garbage" that have such a tiny effect that it is almost unnoticeable. I want to be able to experiment with add-ons and have them be at least a little useful.

Iridescent Eye Patch - While Enrage Mode, performing a Kagune Leap pallet vault breaking pallet. Kagune leap capped at 2 Tokens

Torture Apparatus - Upon entering Enraged Mode , The Ghoul gains 10% Haste for 6 seconds

CCD ID Card - When performing rushed action Survivor that are reveal their aura for 4 seconds

Rize`s Glasses - Upon removing Kagune Mark, Survivor reveals The Ghoul his aura for 6 seconds

Red Spider Lily - While in Enrage Mode, grab-attacks afflict Survivors with Mangled and Hemorrhage status effect for 45 seconds

Mado`s Glove - Survivors affected by grab-attack are suffer from the Exhausted status effect by 6 seconds

Aogiri Tree Robe - If a generator is completed while The Ghoul is in Enraged Mode, gain the Undetectable status effect for 30 seconds

Amon`s Necktie - Increases Kagune Leap speed while not Enraged by 16%

Kaneki`s Satchel - After performing last Kagune Leap allows The Ghoul to slide like previous Leap

Hinami`s Umbrella - Increases the amount of time added to the Enraged countdown for each perfect timed grab-attack by 15 seconds

Hide`s Headphones - Survivors affected by grab-attack are suffer from the Oblivious status effect for 30 seconds

Blood-Stained Handkerchief - Increases the maximum reach of Kagune Leaps by 2 meters

The Black Goat`s Egg - While charging Kagune Leap, blood pools are more visible

Taiyaki - Extends the Countdown by 10 seconds

Anteiku Apron - Decreases the Terror Radius by 8 meters when Kagune Leaps is in cooldown
