Lore:

A warrior who had battled his way to rule over his own kingdom through war and political deceit. A kingdom built on one man's efforts. A kingdom doomed to fall to the hands of those he had walked over. A lord forgotten to time and a castle lost to the elements, yet he lay there on his throne. A corpse that clings to power that he only claimed for less time than ever mattered. That is all that remained of Gelrathorn, The forgotten lord. He lay claim to the kingdom and raised it up from nothing. He brought in an age of peace and prosperity for years, but all the enemies he had made climbing to this point wished for nothing more than a pile of ruin to be left. Gelrathorn had fought on the front line of this war, using his own experience as a warrior and the tricks of a sly jester he kept as a trusted war advisor to fight back for as long as he could, but defeat was an inevitability. He had been injured in a battle and rested in his throne room, when the enemy bursted in to claim his head. With nothing but an ornamental broadsword by his side he had taken down all assailants that came after him, though they had managed to shatter his crown and his blade left dulled. The king had not fallen in battle, but he lay with a kingdom with no people, no crown, and only a destroyed throne. There he sat till he passed from his wounds, refusing to forget the title he had earned. History had tried to remove this kingdom from history, but eventually it was found once again. One man on a quest to discover the hidden past had left to seek out this fallen king and if he remained. As he began to approach the destination he began to hear the sounds of battle around him yet there was not a soul around. The closer he got the louder it became. Eventually he reached the throne and the noise stopped. There lay the forgotten lord, covered in nature's embrace and torn down by time's wrath. As he approached the sounds of battle began to ring out and a fog began to envelope his sight. When he could once again see he found himself in a throne room covered in dried blood and rotting corpses, and a large frail man laying on a throne. Spider-like claws came down and lifted up this near corpse like king from his throne, and there he saw the man who had died a forgotten king. Gelrathorn the Unbridled, though gaunt and pale, now moved once more and with a renewed vigor. The king had once again been called to war, and shall claim his crown once again piece by piece.

Killer Power

Regal Assault - Your Kingdom may be no more, but your might shall resonate within your battles. Regal Assault starts with two charges. Upon using Regal Assault, The Fallen will dash step forwards, then The Fallen may make one of two options. After an option is selected, the fallen may use its remaining charge to perform a second Regal Assault. The power cannot be used again until all charges have been recharged.

Wrathful Strike - The Fallen will slowly inch forward while charging a large horizontal sweep. This attack will have a longer range than normal and will have a large horizontal hitbox capable of hitting multiple survivors. If the same survivor is hit twice within a single use of Regal Assault, the survivor will enter the deep-wound state, and Regal Assault will immediately end.

Thunderous Leap - The Fallen will take a large leap crossing a great distance and leaving an impact wave upon landing. This impact wave will hinder survivors for a short time.

Falling Glory - Returning to your former glory, where your might could fell a dragon. Upon landing 6 strikes using Wrathful Strike, The Fallen will enter an enhanced state. While in this enhanced state, Regal Assault will be set to 6 charges. These charges will not regenerate, and when the last charge is used The Fallen will exit the enhanced state. Within this enhanced state Regal Assault’s follow-ups will have slight enhancements.

Wrathful Strike - The swing will be performed faster and with much less delay

Thunderous Leap - The leap will travel an additional 4 meters and the impact wave size will increase to a diameter of 10 meters.

“Beyond the Fold, my name be known once more!”

Iridescent Add-Ons

Jesters Remains (Iridescent) - When entering falling glory, it instead lasts 40 seconds with 2 recharging tokens.

“The remains of a jovial man who wasn’t suited for war, though he did have a unique take on all things. Even war.”

Broken Palisade (Iridescent) - Thunderous leap no longer hinders survivors, but instead blocks pallets and windows in its range.

“A reminder to all his enemies and any who oppose him that the walls he built was not to keep threats away, but to seal them into their new tomb.”

Perks

Dethrone - Every time a non-obsession survivor loses a health state, Dethrone gains one token. Whenever you hit the obsession Dethrone consumes all tokens and causes a hinder effect of 2% per token on the obsession. Dethrone can have a maximum of 5 tokens. This hinder effect lasts for 10/15/20 seconds.

“It matters not what you may destroy or who you may slaughter, none shall take my throne from me.” - Gelrathorn the Unbridled

Hex: Lay Waste - Every time you break a pallet or breakable wall gain a token. When you gain 5 tokens if there is still a Dull Totem remaining in the environment, Hex: Lay Waste activates and lights it. Every time a survivor loses a health state all generators within 16 meters explode, losing 1/2/3% and begin regressing.

“Every defense destroyed is another man's morale crushed, and that alone can win any war even if their leader is left standing” - Court Jester

Hex: Territorial Dispute - Whenever a generator is completed if there is still a Dull Totem remaining in the environment, Hex: Territorial Dispute activates and lights it. When a survivor is within 32 meters of a lit totem while injured they become broken and suffer a 1/3/5% hindered effect. The totem will emit a light whisper when within its radius. If a boon totem is active and a generator is completed the boon will automatically be deactivated and replaced with Hex: Territorial Dispute.

“My land is one that I have fought for using my blood, sweat, and tears and you dare to lay your filthy feet upon it? The punishment is a slow death by my hand.” - Gelrathorn the Unbridled
